a wonderful book full of suprizes and "secrets", i found this book to be comforting and expanding of my awareness to a greater scope of our inherent reality.. if you are familiar with the seth books and jane roberts, you will love this.. it is in similar format, yet i believe there is a much better encompassing effect of the knowledge within.. i  had a much better description but tried to upload and lost it all.. :( it is potentially for the best, as you should really just read for your self... well enjoy a wonderfull read, and check out the glossary b4 proceeding to read the book, as Elias' language can be used in different ways then we normally associate thing to be. :)
